Welcome to Casa de los Cocos! Our small surf lodge thrives on community and respect. To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, please follow these guidelines:
- Check‑In/Check‑Out – Rooms are available from 1 p.m.; check‑out is by 11 a.m. If you need flexibility, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests may stay on the property. For everyone’s safety, unregistered visitors and outside overnight guests are not permitted.
- Alcohol & Substances – We do not allow outside alcohol or illegal substances on the premises. Our bar offers local beer and cocktails; please enjoy responsibly within designated areas.
- Meals – Enjoy three home‑cooked meals daily for $20 per person. If you prefer, a la carte options are available at posted prices. Let us know of dietary needs ahead of time; we strive to use fresh, local ingredients.
- Quiet Hours – Out of respect for fellow travelers and our village neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Shared Spaces – Treat common areas—kitchen, dining palapa, lounge decks, pool and bathrooms—with care. Clean up after yourself and leave spaces as you found them.
- No Smoking Indoors – Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside rooms or shared buildings. There is a designated outdoor smoking area.
- Pets – For the comfort of all guests and to protect local wildlife, we don’t allow pets.
- Responsibility & Damage – Guests are responsible for their belongings and any damage they cause. Please report issues promptly so we can help.
- Respect the Community – Casa de los Cocos is part of the El Tránsito community. Please be mindful of local customs and avoid walking on private property or beaches marked as restricted.
