Choosing El Transito over SJDS for your weekend getaway from Managua will save you 4 hours of driving! SJDS is literally three times farther than El Tránsito. There are several options for getting to El Tránsito once you arrive in Managua. Buses run daily and are very inexpensive. Other options include shared microbuses or private taxis.
